1. Trial calls
Trial calls are for demonstration only; whether to trade on them is entirely your decision.
2. Recommendations
Research recommendations are aligned to your chosen package and based on analysis by our research team. Acting on any recommendation is solely your choice. We are not liable for gains or losses arising from such actions.
3. Market risk & delays
We are not responsible for losses due to market volatility, news events, delays in receiving recommendations, data inaccuracies, or technical issues. Markets carry inherent risks beyond our control.
4. Refund policy
We do not offer refunds.
5. No guaranteed returns
We do not promise or commit to guaranteed profits. Capital is subject to market risk.
6. Confidentiality
Employees, associates, and clients must not share our research reports or confidential information. Breaches may invite legal action.
7. Gifts & fee payments
No employee or associate may accept gifts from clients. Pay fees only to the official account listed on our website; do not transfer to any personal accounts.
8. Account handling & security
We do not operate your Demat or trading accounts. Never share your User ID, password, security answers, or OTPs with anyone. We will not accept liability for losses arising from such disclosures.
9. Installments
For clients unable to pay in a single lump sum, installment options are available for fees only (not profit sharing). Dissatisfaction with services does not entitle you to a refund.
10. Amendments
Management (Ankit Rambabu Jaiswal) may amend these Terms & Conditions when required, without prior client permission.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
